Are you considering putting up new buildings or altering or extending an existing one? Perhaps you are concerned over subsidence or foundations? Or have concerns over cracks and bulges in your property? If you are moving house, you may need a structural inspection for your new property and we can provide a service to meet your needs.

  What we can provide:
     
  Structural advice Structural advice for your project including assessment of the feasibility of your proposals.
     
  Structural design Conceptural scheme design, preparation of design calculations, drawings and specifications. This can encompass structural and civil design and include buildings, bridges, roadways and drainage.
     
  Drawing preparation using AutoCAD 2000i software.
     
  Structural inspections and reports Inspecting and reporting on the structural condition of buildings or other structures, together with recommendations for remedial works. See Structural inspections.
     
  Electronic information exchange
  Most of our drawings are computer based and can be sent out by e-mail or post and fax. If you would like to look at our drawings for your project but do not have CAD software, you can download a free viewer from Autodesk UK.
     
  Location
JS Engineering Design Ltd. is based in the North West of England. However, distance is no object as structural design work can often be done without visiting the project site. We handle projects throughout the United Kingdom.
